Catalinbread Dirty Little Secret V3
Slightly modified with the internal DIP switches moved to the outside and splitted into two DPDT switches. One is for gain and one is for the tonestack (Super Bass and Super Lead modes).

Crowther Hot Cake 2008 version

ETI Fuzztone
Designed by Dan Coggins (Lovetone and Dinosaural). Despite its name it is more like an overdrive with asymmetric soft clipping and a tone control that pans between a low pass filter and a voltage divider.
