Another trace by Tobias. This one is based on ROG Whisker Biscuit but with larger input, coupling and Miller caps. Also, the tonestack has been modified for a wider range.

Black Effect Pedals Lava Machine
Tobias from the band Green Orbit have traced a few pedals from a now obsolete producer called Black Effect Pedals. They were producing mostly fuzzes on the heavier end of the scale, suited for doom and stoner toanz.
Lava Machine is based on Univox Unidrive with some tweaks and addons. Two onboard trimpots to tune in bias and the input signal, The gain control affect the negative feedback between the output buffer and input transistor and it has a treble cut tone control. According to Tobias it does boost, overdrive and fuzztone really well by using your guitar volume control.

Fjord Fuzz Berserk V1
Another interesting Fjord Fuzz circuit traced by evilarsen. An old school silicon fuzz with a switch that toggles between Fuzz Face/Tonebender Mk. II modes. Also a thickness pot that is a input cap blend control. It may be worth having the internal bias trimmer as an external control...

Fjord Fuzz Embla V1
Another one traced by evilarsen. It is supossed to be a good sounding booster/light overdrive/slightly fuzzy overdrive depending on the the switch setting.

Bluff Chill Devices Ectoverb V1
Wanna build reverb without a bulky Belton brick? Bluff Chill Ectoverb got you covered. This one is using two PT2399 ICs in series to achieve a quite murky, spacey and lo-fi reverb. Schematic and more info HERE.

Catalinbread Montavillian Echo
Time to start rolling again...
Here is a discontinued PT2399 based delay from Catalinbread with some filtering I haven't seen anywhere else. Schematic is avaiable HERE.

Dunwich DA-120 Overdrive - MOSFET version
Time for a small break again.
So I think it is time to release beast that I traced with lots of help by evilarsen and built it up a few months ago. It is not a Matamp amp emulator per se, more of a fuzzy overdrive that simulates the sound of a cranked Matamp. It also includes a power amp emulator section and a gyrator boost section at the end of the circuit. Also you can use MAX10044 or ICL7660S for the charge pump if you plan to run it on 9v only which sounds best IMHO.

Ibanez LA Metal LM7
A quite interesting Rat derivate which is also found the "LA" mode in the newly released PackRat pedal from JHS.
Schematic is avaiable HERE.

Guyatone PS-106 Double Octave
Chris Stelloh sent me an old handrawn factory(?) schematic of this old glitchy octave down fuzz (once again, thanks Chris!). It is obviusly inspired by MXR Blue Box but several tweaks and mods had been done such a "Normal" control for clean signal and an octave switch. The original schematic was quite a mess so we had to clean it up in order to do a layout. Chris built it up and he eventually verified it. So here it is...an old forgotten. vintage octave down fuzz!

Paul Cochrane Timmy V2
This one has been requested for some time but since there was no confirmed schematic avaiable I didn't want to pull the trigger. But Aion Fx just uploaded a schematic with their Termina project. It also includes a trimpot which affect the bass response and clipping. Schematic and more info is avaiable HERE.

Schumann F Loop
Here is a an old, rare and weird one traced by Deadend Fx.
It is a feedback looper that includes both modulation and an active filter sections. If you you don't like the hassle with the offboard wiring this layout requires, Deadend Fx has nifty PCBs for sale.
Schematic and more info HERE.
