Glitchy fuzz with some cult status. Schematic is avaiable HERE
An obscure little fuzz circuit from yesteryear with a neat litlle "Twist" control and Nocentellis gain control mod. Schematic is avaiable HERE.
A quite interesting PT2399 delay with a ringmod circuit in the wet path for dirty and robotic delay repeats. Schematic is avaiable HERE.
A liitle noise thingy designed by Knutolai at Pladask Elektrisk. A ring modulator based som Tim Escobedos Thing Modulator with Starve control, hard clipping diodes, cross over distortion diodes and a feedback switch...somethhing to keep the neighbours happy.
The more common version of the the vintage Small Stone phaser. Modernized for LM13600/LM13700 OTA ICs.
Brent Hinds signature overdrive with a sligtly simplified power section. Schematic is avaiable at FSB.
An old graphic equalizer from the former Chechoslovakia. For more fidelity, LM741 could with subbed with TL071 or other low noise single op amps.
Here is a variation of the pre amp found in Roland/Boss CE-1. Note that the diode 1, 2 and the crunch switch is optional.
Big thanks to Lorenzo for the schematic and for verifying this layout!
Hmmm, a booster in front a of wah circuit, followed by a Red Llama? Sounds interesting!
Schematic is avaibale HERE.
This one started as an attempt to improve an obscure old japanese germanium fuzz circuit from the late 60s called Sekova FA II Fuzz which suffered from quite low output and lack of sustain. After some experimenting I removed the clipping diodes, tweaked the bias and added another gain stage upfront which is borrowed from Roland Bee Baa but with a germanium transistor. For transistor selection I found that these with low leakage and a hfe around 100 sounds good but it is worth experimenting with others especially for Q2 and Q3.
