Is this verified? I'm also confused by some of it...I see 2 "Wah" connections but it doesn't say which lugs. And then "Fuzz Sw 3 to Fuzz Sw 3"? I can figure out the off board wiring, but has anyone been able to verify the layout works? Thanks!
Funny that it’s the circuit pictured above and it stands unverified haha. I’d like to try this one. Sometimes tracking down transformers is a chore. And when I do find one I, forget which circuit I needed it for. Love the Reeds
Apparently not well enough to know how to spell their name correctly. The Reid Brothers. I do believe that the Psychocandy fuzz was a bit broken from my recollection. The wah was fixed toe down at all times, I seem to recall. Punk rawk
Hi is there a schematic of this one? I guess the tone switch is the SPDT switch?
ReplyDeleteThe only schematics I could find online were TR8, seams they have 2 transistors more!? So they're almost identical?
ReplyDeleteCorrect, basically this is a 4 transistor Super fuzz with a Wah, the tone switch is part of the fuzz circuit & gives either a muffled or nasally tone?
ReplyDeleteActually the Schematic in the top banner of this blog is this circuit?

ReplyDeleteThere’s a schematic & pics on this page: https://retrotonejunkie.blogspot.com/2011/10/shin-ei-fuzz-wah-tr-6.html
ReplyDeletethanks!
