  1. I built one of these from another layout a while back. It's a great compressor if anyone is thinking of trying it. Lotsa knobs but it's worth it if you want a good compressor. Only one better would be the Forest Green IMO.

    1. I had a real one for a few years and I can't remember why I ever got rid of it. I've been wanting to add an optical comp back to my setup - I'll probably build one of these, but the Thorpy Fat General is a dual optical comp with a parallel clean blend, so I'm really looking forward to giving that a try too once a layout pops up.

    2. I have a big box version of a Diamond. A friend asked if I could clone it and I gave it a shot. It sent me off on a tangent. I didn't want to like the Warden but I do. I like the Keeley and the stock Ross but yeah, I think that I tend to prefer optical comps. There's something about the Mad Professor that I really like. And the Sustain switch is useful. Oh yeah, honorable mention, the Engineer's Thumb. The Sabrotone version worked best.

  2. Hi Anders, you can tag this one. I'm not a compressor expert but this is a nice sounding pedal.

  3. Would it be possible to have a layout for the Aion Aurora Compressor? It's a nice Ross style comp with a mix knob and treble switch.
