Ground from J,M or Q on the left?
I don’t think it matters. All of those points should touch ground and they’re all connected.
This one is verified. Used 2n3904 transistors instead of 2n4401. Sounds great! Thanks Mr. Fuzzhead!

Just put this one together. Great layout, but it needs another cut at H20 or H21, otherwise IC3 will be biased incorrectly and you'll get a very gated and glitchy sound. Works perfectly once that cut is made!
