Verified and thanks for posting, fuzzhead! It was between this or the Rat Saw but I didn't have the potentiometers for that build at the moment. This gets pretty loud and I like the variety of tones. I used 2N5457's since I have had no luck finding real J201's. I used 1N34A's for the germanium and I may pull them out and try socketing a few other options (they sound a bit muddy to my ears) but the LED clipping sounds great!
Forgot to mention - the drawing shows 10 links but the text says there are only 9 links. The drawing is accurate with 10 links (3 on the bottom left, 3 in the center and 4 on the right side of the board).
