Now verified with a catch. Couldn't get it work until I replaced the diode connecting to the base of Q3 with a jumper. Also, for more volume, increase volume control to 10k-25k.
Hey man, can you post the working voltages? this one is kicking me in the nuts, I get sound out of it, but not too much gain and the Timbre knob does nothing
