You can verify this one. I used 270pf, 470pf, and 18nf in place of the 250pf, 500pf and 15nf respectively, because that's all I had on hand. Biased everything to ~4.5V. Not sure if there's any suggested voltages for biasing, but sounded pretty good like that.
The only other thing I'll mention is that E1 should read "Treble 1 & Bass 2, 3" Otherwise, everything seems good. Thanks!
Built one of these YEARS ago with a PCB layout, but (for some reason) never paid attention to the fact that there is Vol1, Gain and Master. Are Vol1 and Gain two early-stage gain controls?
