Original has KT315B transistors but 2N2222A, 2N3904 and BC107 works really good in there too, just mind the pinout.

Borisov Formanta Fuzz
A really good sounding fuzz found in old soviet Borisov Formanta guitars. Added a pre gain control in front and a cap blend for the body control in the tonestack. I also tweaked collector resistor of connecting Q2 to 8,2k. Sounds loud, gnarly and heavy.

DeleteI built this with low-gain KT315a transistors and it is RAD. Not super high-gain, but raw and dirty. Gnarly is certainly the word. An excellent biker metal fuzz.
