A link is missing: between pin 1 and pin 2 of the IC. And moving some parts (100nF, 2.2k, 1M...) you can add the 10uF, as noise filter in the voltage bias, that was missing, too. I can't see any other mistake.
Verified. I checked this thing twenty times before spotting an incorrect value. Works very well. If you're looking for a bass drive it might be a good option. Sounds cool on guitar too. Maybe even just use a log taper on the filter function.
