  1. Months after I made one with the classic layout and applied all chucks mods to it, we get an easier layout. Well, easier than modding the old one. This version beats the pants off the original.

    1. Same here...I finished to mod & wire the old version 2 days ago.
Now watching this new layout not so sure about my 10k resistors in series on pin 1 & 16 of IC 2 ,& IC 3 should I interrupt the trace between 1& 16?? Could be the reason of the distortion I have when the rate led is at full peak ?? Also sounds a bit dark and not really phasing so much...maybe I should replace the 100nf @pin 10 of ic1 with the 47nf like here to have some high frequencies back
What else could be the reason of this little phasing?

    2. Also I see that here the 1uf capacitors are replaced with electrolytics....and I don't remember of that 100nf between depth lug 1 & resonance lug1....and there was also a 3,3m resistor from rate lug3 and pin 3 of ic2 and something else....I don't have in fron of me now....

  2. Hey fuzzhead. Thank you for all the nice layouts you share with us. I probably built 15 pedals with your layouts and learned l lot. Lately I've been trying to do some layouts by myself but failed miserably. I came across this schematic by Steve Demedash and it looks interesting. https://www.demedasheffects.com/blog/surface-detail-diy-analog-chorus Maybe you could take a look at it... Anyways, thanks for all the work you put into this blog ♥️

    1. Hey Undergrounder. Thanks for the schematic! I will take a look at it, looks interesting, indeed. Never dealt with companders and SPOMPLFO before so it will beinteresting.

  3. The Electric Druid ICs are great, I've been playing around with the TAPLFO and build a Drolo Twin Peaks clone, its my favourite tremolo to date. Ordered some STOMPLFOs earlier this year but haven't had the time to really play around with them. Lots of functionally in a small package, and a quiet LFO.
