Yes, and the layout has the discrete diodes, not the rectifier bridge, likely because it's easier to make a layout with 4 discrete diodes than with a 4-pin bridge rectifier.
VOL 3 down to F, no cut at D-17, and move H-16 down to I-16 and it works
