I gave this one a shot with no luck. Tried multiple Jfets, 1054 IC's, knifed the gaps and triple checked component placement. When poking around I can hear the tone control and volume working. I haven't compared it to the schematic yet.

Seems to be working now, however, the Boost isn't really saturating at all and the Depth knob sucks a LOT of the volume when it's turned down (CCW). This is the demo vid I'm referencing for how it should react: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00RWvRd7dQ8
I don't see any other errors on the layout, so I dunno, maybe I screwed up my build somehow? I'll keep troubleshooting.
Quick correction: after playing around with it some more, I noticed that the volume drop in the depth control is occurring at around 12 o'clock. When it's at either extreme, it sounds fine. I'm guessing that having roughly 500k resistance from both the 1nF and 100nF signal paths is the culprit? But it's definitely not behaving that way in the demo vid.
