Looks good to me, just a couple of labeling errors. I1 on the right-side should be I2. And it should be Output Volume 2 to Output. I couldn't tell by the schematic whether Q4 the 2N2222A needed to have its Collector and Base connected? That could just be the way the schematic is drawn.

Found another schematic from Fuzzdog with lug numbering for the pots. Some of the pots had the outer lugs reversed, it is now corrected. And for Q4, ithe schematic confirms that it is parallel with Q3. http://pedalparts.co.uk/docs/ImpossibleDrive.pdf
