I may attempt this one, if I cand find some replacements for LND150N3. Eletronical stores near me only stock IRF depletion Mosfets. Would something like IRF510 work in this circuit? Or other IRF versions. I never came across this type of component before.
Not sure, not too familiar with depletion MOSFETs. You could install sockets and try IRF510. LND150N3 is avaiable at most DIY vendors online and they are quite cheap. You could buy a bunch since there is a few other Spaceman circuits that (Saturn V and Aphelion) use those.
