  1. Was not happy with the old layout so here is a new one.

  2. I started making this board before I noticed it was unverified. Before continuing, I wanted to review the circuit and layout, and I think I found a few errors:
-100k should connect to IC1 pin 2 instead of pin 3
-you seem to have reversed IC2b and IC3b from the schematic, I presume this is ok if using TL062 for both ICs?
-I think the 1uf at the top of the board from IC2 pin 7 is not on the revised schematic? If removed, the cut should be removed as well
Thank you for making this vero!

    1. Thanks for spotting these errors. Yes, 100k should be at pin 2 of IC1 and the 1uF cap must me removed as well as the cut underneath it.
      Layout is updated.
For the ICs, yes it is ok using iether TL062 or TL072 for IC3.

  3. Verified! I haven't boxed it yet but it works, both at 9v and at 18v. A demo on my IG: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CYYOL8iFFwR/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link
The only thing is I'm getting a faint background fuzz regardless of gain setting. I've been over the connections quite a number of times building it but I'll give it one more go before boxing to see it it's a loose wire or solder bridge. Any tips on where to start for that?

    1. It could be that I had a bad TL072 and was getting crossover distortion. I put in an NE5532 for IC3 and it's clean now. Great layout!

    2. Super! Tagged.
I saw your build at reddit/diypedals. Very impressive build I must say!
