There's a schematic on FSB: https://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?p=222560#p222560 Checking this layout against that schematic & the PCB layout at Effects Layouts, it looks like (1) switch 3 needs to be moved down to row N, and (2) the 100nF cap should actually be a non-polarized 1uF cap.
