  2. Hello.
I have a problem with the terminals of the switches here. In some diagrams, the number of the terminals in a DPDT switch difer. In some they appear as
    1 4
    2 5
    3 6
while they may appear also as:
    1 2
    3 4
    5 6
What is the terminal number you followed for this build? Thank you.

    1. The switch lug numbering is like this:

      1 4
      2 5
      3 6

  3. Just found this site and so grateful! I am a beginner, and I think I understand the basics of a schematic, but seeing the breadboard layout is a little confusing to me, as in the placement of Jack’s, switches and pots… do you know of a good 101 on this?

  4. I finished this one and you can tag it as verifiez.. hoped it could offer a much different take on wavefolding distortion than Prunes & Custard I already built.. very much the same vibe, tho. Cool nonetheless!

  5. Hello. Although it is said that it has been verified, I think that it is quite different from the circuit diagram on this site. . https://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?t=31077
    Is the layout correct?

    1. The layout is based on this schematic.

  7. good evening I live in Japan, but 42tm117 is not available. Do you know any stores that currently have them in stock? Or would you be willing to sell them?

    1. eBay is probably your best bet. The shipping cost might vary wildly, depending on who you buy from.

  8. Hello. 42tm117 is hard to get in my country. Therefore, there is a plan to manufacture it with a Japanese-made transformer as a substitute. It may replace the op amp or have additional parts.

  9. Hello. Isn't the dimension sw3 part strange?
Since it is connected with a vero board, it seems that it cannot be switched with dpdt.

  10. With the help of volunteers, we were able to switch the Transform to a Japanese replacement. Although it is still in the experimental stage with a breadboard, I think that the operation sound is quite close to the actual machine.
