Boss SD-1 Super Overdrive

  1. I'm trying to track the layout for fun (not to build), and I found a pair of little mistakes.

    1. The 33k from the pin 4 of the IC should go down until the last stripe, (to make the VB with the other 33k on the 9v).

    2. The Tone 2 goes to a 220nF, that I found weird. I guess it should be 27nF, following a schematic I found.

    1. according to IVIark's layout, you're apparently right about both spots

  2. I've gone through it, and found NO other errors

there is a spot which seems erroneous, but it's not, only the order of two parts in series is changed

    in any case:
the IC's pin 7 should connect to 3 devices:
    10nF, 10K, and 1uF (+)

but we find: 10nF, 10K, and 4,7K which goes to level 3

but, again, this is GOOD, only the order of that 1uF and that 4,7K is changed... but they are not connected to anything else, so, all is well

  3. Has this been verified, then?

    1. It isn't verified. But you could try plugging in some of the value changes listed in comments above. Maybe cross reference it with the tagboardeffects layout.

    2. I've just verified.
      But corrections are needed.

The Tone 2 goes to a 220nF is wrong. I should be 27nF.
