In case of noise issues, try a higher cap value in place of 120pF. 470pF-1nF is a good starting point.

    I see error with red leds D5 and D6,they must be after resistor 22K (6 pin IC 2).Look in the schematic attentively.I dont know who verified this schematic.

    Shift the LEDs D5 and D6 to Track B23 and C23 for D5 and Track B25 and C25 for D6
