Hi Fuzzhead, my build works, but according to the schematic bite 2 should go to N1 and bite 1 to M1. Bite is very subtle. And for some reason my 2N2222A (Q2) is oriented 180°, so flat side to the right, round side to the left. I only had BC108C metal cap instead of BC108B. Thanks a lot.
I'm gonna say yes. At least, I'm like, 99% certain about that - cause if you look at any other Spaceman layouts - there is ferrite on the 9v and audio input on ALL of their pedals. It is an added layer of protection to keep out unwanted high frequency noise from sh*tty power supplies, bad house wiring, etc...

ReplyDeleteWill this work without the ferrite beads and use jumpers?

DeleteOK Thank you.
DeleteJudging by the build doc Spaceman has some pretty low gain BC108B's. I've got loads and most are either side of 300hfe!
