Top Gear Treble Boost

 Schematic is avaiable HERE.

I added a "Boost" control at the end of the circuit since this thung is supposed to be quite loud.

  2. Hello Fuzzhead, how do I omit the boost/volume control?

    1. You could omit Boost 1 and use the Boost 3 connection as your output or you could add a 100k trim pot (you should have room), add a cut just below the cut in the bottom right corner and use j-12 as your output connection. This way you can tailor the amount of output without having a control on your enclosure.

    2. Tom's solution is definitely the most elegant way of doing it. Leg 3 of the volume control is where the circuit output is, but if you don't want to have the trimmer Tom suggested, you will most likely want to add a 100k resistor from the pad of leg 3 to the pad of leg 1 as an output pulldown resistor. That way you would limit the likelihood of popping from your bypass switch.

Short version: do what Tom said.💪
