I built this with my own layout the other day, but this one seems to be correct, too. I recommend using a max 2.2nF cap for the 3.3nF one (and probably 1nf instead of 1.2nF) to make the "warm" setting of the tone switch a bit more useful. You can add a gain knob by replacing the 470k resister with a 500k audio taper.
