Does running the bias voltage through an opamp make any practical difference? Seems like a complete waste of an IC...
Yeah, it is a bit overkill, especially using both op amp channels.. The Vref is buffered to keep it stable but I bet this circuit will work with a regular passive voltage divider as well. So yeah....it is overkill.
Is row "A" ground?
