i think there is still an error with the 13K, they are mixed up. That one to ground should go to vcc and the other one to ground. The 470Uf and 220Uf are also mixed. But i still dont get mine to work.
Didn't know you were building this. Brave! I spotted the same mistakes as you while going over it once again. 13k resistors were mixed up as well as the470uF and 220uF caps. But I cant spot any other mistakes...:-/
the 4,7 k on ic2 pin 1 should go to pin 2. Also the 13 K parallel to 2,2 Uf should go to row R not Q. And the 13 K at Q should go to ground

maybe its also a mistake on my build... but when i put a 1 mOhm from IC2 pin 5 to Vref its working. But not sure if it sounds as it should...
Deletecheck the 68K on the right. I think it should be connected to the 47 k
