Modified Kay Fuzz Tone adopted for regular stompbox use. Mid and Treble controls is added along with a gain/bass boost switch. Also added a recovery stage since originals barely reach unity level.
It's sounds nasty in a good way:-). Pronounced lo-fi octave up and the eq controls makes it more versitale. As for the switch, stock Kay's has the 100nF cap across emitter of Q1 and Ground which makes it emphasis on the higher mids. With the 10uf cap switched in, the lows and gain is boosted, a lo-fi Superfuzz comes to mind.
Nice. What do you think of this one? I was gonna build the Bumblebuzz but I think I'll do this instead. Great work as always!
