  4. Nice distortion! Does anyone have an idea on how to tame the over-pronounced highs? Appears a little too piercing to me. Thanks in advance!

    1. I thought it was way to trebly too.
For less treble and upper midrange snarl I subbed the 47nF at column 2 for 220nF and 4,7k at column 3 for 1k. Besides altering the boosted frequency it also increases overall gain so you might end up with noise issues (squeal). If so, sub the 100pF cap at column 5 for a bigger value.

  5. Thank you Anders! I love how it reacts with the volume-pot, also love the "saw-like" distortion. I will try and let you know how it ended. Seems like a candidate for a "Guv´nor Style" tone-stack.

  6. It took at least 1.5nF to eliminate the squealing - then it had a lot more balls and guts. Rocks! Thanks again Anders!
But - the Emma Reezafratzitz sounds quite similar but is a lot more flexible.
