The 100nF capacitor is filtering noise from the power supply. The drain is connected directly to the power supply, so it even though the capacitor looks like it has something to do with the drain, the capacitor is there just because it's space-efficient for the layout.
okey ,i have build and its work, but it getting some noise from phone signal , i dunno why , i using same component , execpt for njm5534d i cant find it so i replace with ne5534p ,
and the gain little bit low oh and some resistor i using 1/2 and 1/4 watt is that make different resistant so the gain is little bit low?
