Tried this but just getting oscillations/feedback loop sounds. Compared to the schematic and it appears that the 270nf cap and 4.7k resistor off of pin 3 need to switch positions. Same thing with the 220n cap and 10k resistor on pin 12. They should switch positions if I'm reading the schematic correctly. I made those changes and it still just oscillates. I feel like I've been over it half a dozen times and it seems good compared to the schematic other than the notes exceptions.
