I do love a CMOS circuit and I finally found time to build this. It works great and the only anomaly is that the input cap at 8B/8D should be 15nf instead of 47nf. Otherwise this one can be tagged.
If you want to go crazy, swap in a 10M resistor on a switch for the 560K resistor that's in series with the gain pot.
I believe you can get away with SPST switches for Hi and Lo, but the SPDT for the Mid should be on-off-on, according to the schematic.
