    2. Hi! Great to hear that it is nice! Do you think that the 120uf are necessary? Can i sub them for 100uf? Also in the video : https://youtu.be/auWCzb393VQ?si=QRqHfC0g9rnVd-U- it shows a couple of mojo caps..Do you think they are worth it? Thanks!!!

    3. I wouldn't worry about using 100uf and the mojo caps won't make any difference

    4. Yeah I wouldn't worry about the filter caps or mojo parts. I had the original pedal a few weeks ago and this sounds dead on from what I remember.

    5. Great! Thanks! The only thing hard to find is ononon switch then... Cheers!

  5. Hi again guys!
I tested it with 3 matched 403 but i think it was shy on the gain.I put 3 different pnp (gt403, ac188 and oc77) and now it`s breathing fire! Should the transistors be the same and matched?

    1. I went for a regular Tonebender set, something like 60, 90,130, but if yours sounds good then it is good

    2. Thanks! I don`t know how it is supposed to sound...And maybe the matched would be better for the bias pot?I don`t know..Cheers!

  6. Is the tca1044 function as voltage reverse or doubling volts?

  8. Anyone know where to source for the on/on/on type 2 switches in the UK. Really struggling to find any.

  9. Works first time! Sounds good with a AC125 set. Only issue i have is that the bias pot cuts the signal just before fully clockwise? Can anyone help me sort this?

    1. I've made this loads of times and never had that issue. Check for the usual suspects; solder bridges, etc...

  10. Built it on the breadboard, the same is happening. The bias control on Q2 turns all the way down to 0.15 then goes daft before the end of travel, the signal cuts out and r4 starts burning up?

    1. Have you tried either changing or testing the Pot, it might have a break in the track on that end of the Pot?

  11. Ive tried two pots so far. Also, I built the pedal first and then breadboarded it to try to figure the issue out with the same result. Maybe something to do with transistor specs?

    1. Yea, leave no stone unturned, maybe swap out that R4 too.
