Awesome, thanks! I’ll get on that later. I thought the blue was just a slightly modified snapper, but there looks to be a bit more going on there. Interesting 👍.
Input has to go in K stripe. I didn't build it, but all the rest seems ok. You should set the trimmer, schematic says 9v, but if you power up the circuit at 9v the drain should be 4.5v.

ReplyDeleteJust finished this and i'm getting nothing so far. Need to do some more checking to make sure I haven't done something silly. IC is showing:
ReplyDelete1 - 8.56
2 - 8.43
3 - 0.50
4 - 0.00
5 - 8.21
6 - 8.22
7 - 8.21
8 - 9.23
All your voltages are way off except for pin 4 and 8. The rest should be around 4,5v...
DeleteCheck for solder bridges and misplaced links/components.

Thanks! Input pad is now moved.
DeleteYup, that's done it. Sounds great. Many thanks. I really need to work on looking at the obvious and not overthinking it!!
DeleteGreat!
DeleteJust tagged it.:-)
Ben, you just to try to compare the layout with the schematic. I started to do it with verified layout and see if I can follow it.
DeleteGood advice 👍
