Thank, not ss. Tagged. The tone control is quite unconventional, haven't wrapped my head around how it works. However, lug 1 is connected to ground so it might be a small possibilty that your tone control works as it should?
Not sure if it's normal the sound goes away when the tone is up. The emulator software I like to use don't show me that. And following the schematic the signal never goes directly to the ground. Check your circuit, if you can.
I'm interesting in this pedal, but I can't find any demo.
