Cheers for the layout! Just something I wanted to check before ordering the parts. This is probably just me, but is C13 missing from this layout? On the schematic C6, C7 and C13 are all 100nf?
Hey mate, I think I confused you. This is powered by a standard +9V DC adapter (no -9V). So you get +9V, ground, and then Vb is just a midpoint bias at +4.5V. It's the same as you'd get from a voltage divider, just with an opamp buffer for stability.
Here is how it should be connected: - DC jack positive - to "Barrel (+)" on schematic - DC jack negative - to "Center (-)" on schematic (this is also the ground that the input/output jacks, R2, & R11 go to) - DC jack third lug should not be connected to anything (unless you're using a battery)
I made this schematic to help myself understand the circuit, but I left too much of my thought process on there, and that is confusing for others.

Good catch! C13 is now added.

Hey, thanks for the corrections, got lttle confused there.
DeleteOk, it makes total sense now and I have updated the layout.
