Apologies if you all ready figured this out, but the two transistors up top are most likely Q3 & Q4 since, according to the list down below, those are the D/G/S 2n7000 mosfets. The Q5 at the bottom is most likely the actual Q5, since that is a C/B/E BJT which makes sense as the MPSA13 darlington transistor.
Yep, makes sense, thanks Chris. I'm just waiting on some parts to put it all together, and I'll verify once it's done. (eta in a couple of weeks on the parts) It's all done except for the rotaries and the diodes.
I'm building one, but I'm waiting on the rotary switches. I notice 40 cuts on the board but 39 in the notes.

DeleteWell, I finally built it. Everything seems to be working except for my power led but it may be faulty. Soundwise it's great!
