I have tried it at 9v and ~23.5v. There wasn't a huge increase in headroom space, but it has way more "bite" in the midrange, high-mid's with 23.5v. Originally was gonna put in a ne5532 and go for 44v, but was missing one higher voltage rated electrolytic cap... :-D
As said above - built this after reading only good things. Was not expecting to be that good. Very versatile and useful indeed. Thank you for the layout!
You can mark this as verified. Built this today after hearing good things about it and it does sounds great, both on guitar and bass.
