And a modified circuit which has separate volume controls for one octave down and two octave downs. Very useful and combined with the Starve control this thing can get really nut.:o)
Been in "weird fuzz building mode". Built the TGD with some success. But this one! This one works like a charm! Built the layout with Nocentelli's mods. Really crazy - I love it. The trick with rolling off the tone on your guitar to improve tracking of the glitchy octave is excellent, and for that reason it's quite versatile, actually.
This thing is really fun. Built the modded version too. With the fuzz rolled off a little things get real interesting. But I like the IC distortion sound too. Very robotic octaves. Electronic crickets. It’s nuts. So weird that it all disappears with your volume rolled off and then roll back up into noisy hell. Thanks dewds. Thanks for the recommendation Sesh. 👊
