  1. Hi Anders, is this basically a 7 transistors Fuzz War with Sound Saw ? Cheers

    1. Yes, the fuzz itself is a very close variation of a 7 transistor Fuzz War with an added Sub switch. However the filter part differs a bit from Sound Saw. Filter B shares some similarites but differs in values among other things. Filter B is pretty close to a big muff tonestack with a slightly deeper mid scoop. Sound saw doesn't have that.

  2. Cool, thanks mate - worth a build I think

  3. Hi Anders, got this going using your recommended resistor and capacitor values. Used 5089's for Q1-4 and 5088's for Q5-7, sounds great - lots of fuzz tones available with the filters.

  4. Hi Anders, do you think there would be an easy way to add a switch to bypass the fuzz and just have the filters

    1. I'm afraid there is no easy way to bypass the fuzz from the filters. The filters is passive and eats lots of signal. Without any transistors driving them the signal would be barely audible.

If you want the the filters alone it would be best to design a stand alone eq circuit.
