The transistors are not labelled, but the one I think should be Q7, the one with the 330k resistor between base and collector, has the collector connected to the VCC/2, that is actually the bias voltage. Do you verified this layout, don't you? Why this doubt? Is there something wrong with your built?

A bit of diff when that q7 collector is connected to v+.
