    I would finish It today, I asume that Q1 is the transistor from the bottom, any sugestión for the germanium? I am goint to use the Gt308.

      Yep, I would say Q1 is at the bottom. Go for something around the 65 hfe mark

    Yes, I have put a pot instead the trim, you need the germanium clipping and Max out the Gain, with It you can get a Kind of suboctave.
