hi guys, this is verified, with the following changes: 1. the 100k resistor lead at Q18 needs to go to ground, I moved it to Q15; 2. add cut at J15; 3. remove 33k resistor from I-L14. Sounds like a screamer with a rich bottom end. Intended for bass, but I like it on the guitar as well. Cheers!
Should I move the 100k resistor connected to Q18 and T18 to Q15 and T15? In that case, it overlaps with the 1nF capacitor. Is that okay? Also, if I add a cut at J15, should I remove the jumper wire that was previously connecting J15 and P15 as well?
Is the layout definitely verified now? I can't get this thing to work. The original schematic includes quite a few diodes and transistors that aren't here, which is totally confusing. I've traced the signal path several times by using the vero now and checked all the connections and cuts. It does absolutely nothing. The only thing that seems possible to me is a faulty component. But that's practically never the case.
