This layout has been staring at me since you posted it, Anders. I just ordered some 3 switch/2 position dip switches for the input buffer and now I must accept this challenge... Going to use some of my stash of MP42b germanium transistors since they look to be quite similar to the GT309s listed here. I will report back soon. Also - for anyone else: the 9v input, altho not marked, is quite obviously on the row just below the audio input.
Also - I'm not seeing any marked ground connection on this layout. This may not be the most elegant way of adding one, but I'm going to make a cut just to the right of the cathode of the 10uF cap on Clean 3, then add a small link at column 21 between rows U & V, then put my ground wire on the row in between volume 1 and volume 3
