MXR Dyna Comp

Figured out after doing the Aion aurora a couple of days ago, why not doing a layout of its ancestor, MXR Dyna Comp...

  1. You should add the Ross. It's the same effect but with some worthwhile modifications. I personally prefer the Ross.

    1. The Keeley is also excellent of course. And this one might be interesting.

    2. Yes, Ross contains just a few extra bits, its probably doable by using this layout and add a row or two...

  3. This looks much less intimidating than the aurora - I didn't realise it would be so big😳 shame this has the unobtainium chip 😕

    2. Consider the LM13700 and using the conversion board that I posted a link to above. I've used it several times with success.

The MXR is cool but it's pretty murky. The Ross restores some highs and feels much more open and the Keeley 4 knob opens it up even more. Circuit evolution.
