This is a confusing thing for me because on the Acapulco gold, and the rocket WTF, (both of which required a volume lug to connect to ground) I connected them to to the ground strip on the Veroboard...
On the YouTube video Tom has suggested I should run the ground wire to to the DC jack... I can see his point but I can also see that they are part of the same thing and connected.... As soon as I can I will give it a go! (Maybe Sunday tho ๐ฌ)
Great looking layout! Looking forward to trying this one!
ReplyDeleteLooks and sounds interesting. What do the + signs indicate? I'm not used to seeing them on vero layouts.
ReplyDeleteOh, it is just an indicator for the anode legs of the LEDs.
DeleteI'm going to have a crack at this purely because I have a 6 knob box drilled from my unsuccessful supersonic Fuzz gun....
ReplyDeleteI have just made this.
ReplyDeleteAs always with noisemakers it is hard to tell if it is exactly right...
I will post a video shortly!
I gave up trying to keep the wiring needs on this - there were just too many knobs

ReplyDeleteThe nonfunctioning volume control is too much of an issue - it wants to break my amp and my earballs๐ฌ

That s a nice little noise box!
DeleteFor the volume pot issue, have you checked that lug 1 is grounded?
