Where does +9v connect on the board?

One more question: is the switch really an SPDT on-on? Since lug 1 is to the board, and 2 is to Tone 3 I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a missing connection or if a SPST would work.
Yes you can use a SPST, it will work the same as a SPDT on/on with one lug unconnected.
Last question, promise: where’s ground?
Doh!. haha, I'll fix it tonight. The whole bottom strip is grounded so the bottom strip the the left is good.
